I purchased a 2005 Dodge Neon at Midway this afternoon. It seems to be a great car, but I want to let you know that my shopping experience was excellent, thanks to Ken Russian. Ken was by far the most helpful salesperson I spoke with while searching for a vehicle. He was friendly, fast, and never made me feel pressured. Other local dealers were absolutely awful, but Ken was great, and he deserves a serious pat on the back |

Just wanted to say that it was a pleasure dealing with your dealership recently. I've never had a Toyota in the past and therefore have never dealt with Wellesley Toyota. By far, this was the best and most painless car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased many new cars over the years. I just purchased a new Ford Explorer recently from Quirk Ford and it was a horror show. Thanks again...Brian Wright was awesome and the salesman Joe and the Financial contact Joe were excellent also. Ben Head purchased a Chrysler PT Cruiser. He wrote to us to tell us how happy he was with his new PT. Ben went on to write, “It is probably the best deal on an automobile that I have ever received. The comfort, ride, and overall quality of the vehicle is first rate.” So much so that Ben intends to give the car to his daughter some day. “I have that much confidence in the vehicle.” |

After buying a Highlander from us, Kelly Farewell was moved to write, “Before we found Toyota of Wellesley, I used to absolutely dread the whole shopping/car-buying experience. I no longer feel that way.” What changed her mind? Kevin Kielty (salesman). “It was a pleasure dealing with Kevin. He was courteous, helpful and professional.” Kevin clearly knew a great deal about the product that he was selling, but he also “took the time to patiently answer all of our questions, and never once made us feel like we were taking too much of his time.” When Kelly was unable to go with her husband to pick up their new Highlander, Kevin met with Kelly, at her convenience, to explain the differences between her Camry and the Highlander. “Now that’s great customer service!” |

11/1/2004| Midway is the only way to go |

Steve Pendolari stopped by Midway Motors to ask about tires for his Jeep Cherokee and ended up buying a new Jeep Liberty. Steve parked his new Jeep at the bottom of the hill after an ice storm. “No one thought I could get up the ice-covered hill and get out, but the Liberty just climbed right up like a mountain goat without slipping. Please let Burt and Ken know how happy I am with my purchase. This is the third Jeep I bought from Midway and it won’t be my last!” And truly, it wasn’t. In February of 2005, Steve bought his fourth Jeep from Midway Motors. It’s a 2005 Jeep Liberty. He’s very happy with his new Jeep. “As far as I’m concerned, Midway is the only way to go.” |
