Just purchased our 6th vehicle from Wellesley Toyota since 2000. The sales experience with Kevin Kielty is so easy that we do not even shop anywhere else when we're in the market for a vehicle. Fair price, honest, helpful sales person, excellent customer service, and we feel valued as repeat customers. We live a stone's throw away from another major Toyota dealer on the Auto Mile, and we drive all the way to Wellesley Toyota for everything because the experience is so civilized! I strongly recommend this Dealer. From day one they took excellent care of my wife and I giving us all the different options we have according to our budget. They work with us to find what car could fit with our needs and financial possibilities. After about a week of searching they finally got the right car for us with the price meeting our request. I thank Kevin for his friendliness, patience and honesty. I think Kevin's attitude and honesty motivated my wife and I so much that we finally bought the car and we do love the car. Ken Chou, sales representative, and product specialists, Cote and Sumner (sorry I did not catch their last names!), were always proactive in providing me with clear and thorough information and ensuring that I was completely comfortable with their answers. When clarification was needed, they always responded patiently and clearly. All three of them made the deal for a new car seamless and easy, taking care of all of the logistics for me. I felt comfortable calling and emailing Ken with any further questions, and Ken always replied quickly. I actually will look forward to my 6 month car maintenance appointment because Wellesley Toyota has a wonderful, efficient, and humane set-up for service.

Felt very comfortable at dealership; everyone was very happy and helpful. Phil new the car inside and out and was able to explain and show us a lot on our ride. I bought the 2013 Optima SXL and love it. Not only does it look great, it rides great too and has all the bells and whistles. An added plus is that you are so close.

I would definitely recommend Kia Lev and the salesman Phil Ohanian to a friend. He was extremely helpful, knew all about the cars they sell and answered all my questions. He made sure I knew how to use all the features before I left the lot with my new Sorento. I have been enjoying driving my new car immensely.

I never filled out any of these comments before, but I had such a good experience working with Wellesley Toyota sales person Chris Davey.Buying a car for me has always been put on the back burner because I never believe in anyone. I can honestly say for the first time ever I was impressed with my sales person. I felt he took the time with me always went out of his way to make sure I got what I was looking for. He did a lot of research, always pleasant and very knowledgeable I actually bought the car and not only am I happy with it, but Im not stressed. Awesome job all around! I bought my vehicle, a used 2010 Tundra, out of state. Wellesley did a great job of advertising the vehicle on line and submitting excellent pictures, as I was unable to view the truck in person. The sales staff was very courteous and professional.
